The Healing No One Applauds
Healing isn’t loud.
It doesn’t announce itself.
It doesn’t ask for attention.
Sometimes healing looks like
blocking someone you loved,
walking away from people who drained you,
saying “no” when your heart wanted to say “yes,”
or choosing silence instead of fighting.
Sometimes healing is
going to bed earlier,
replying late,
cutting off drama,
and protecting your peace
like it’s the last thing you own.
No one sees this work.
No one claps for it.
But it changes you from the inside out.
Healing doesn’t make you perfect.
It makes you peaceful.
And that peace is your new power.
